    DRUG FREE ZONE, VIOLATION OF
    7.90.170 Violation of An Exclusion – Penalties.
    (1) It is unlawful for a person to enter or remain in a drug-free zone in violation of a valid exclusion imposed pursuant to this code. For violation of this subsection, a court may impose a fine of no more than $500 or imprisonment of no more than 30 days, or both.
    (2) A person who enters or remains in a drug-free zone in violation of a valid exclusion issued pursuant to this code is subject to arrest for Criminal Trespass (ORS 164.245). Class C misdemeanor
