  8.10.010 Unlawful Entry.
  (1) No person shall, without consent of the owner or person lawfully in charge of a motor vehicle:
  (a) Climb upon or into such motor vehicle; or
  (b) Set an unattended vehicle in motion.
  (2) This section shall not apply to public safety officers, other persons directed by police officers,
  or persons performing under a contract for the removal and towing of vehicles on behalf of the city. Class B violation
